This Agreement may be suspended or terminated by Ultraweaver (i) automatically upon any violation of this Agreement, with or without prior notice to you at Ultraweaver’ sole discretion; or (ii) at any time, for any reason, or no reason at all, with or without prior notice to you. Upon any termination by Ultraweaver, you agree to discontinue any efforts to access the Site.

Ultraweaver does not assume any responsibility for the contents of any linked site, for the business practices, business policies or business terms of such sites, or for any potential damage arising out of or in connection with the use of any such link. Framing, mirroring, scraping or data mining any content on the Site in any form and by any method is strictly prohibited.

Submissions

Assignment

Severability
